HATCHING INSTRUCTIONS TANK PREPARATION

-use a clean tank with a conical shaped bottom

-mount open air tubes near the bottom of the tank

-install a light source over the top of the tank

-fill with filtered seawater of 25-32 ppt salinity,ifnecessary disinfect the water

OPTIMAL HATCHING CONDITIONS

-TEMPERATURE:27-30℃(80-86°F)

-AERATION:vigorous enough to keep cystsin suspension

-PH:7.5-8.5

ILLUMINATION:2000 lux at water surface

-add up to 2.5g of cysts per liter of water

HATCHIG AND HARVEST

-with hatching conditions keptclose to optimal the hatching will be completed within 24 hours

-stop aeration

-cover top of the tank

-after 15 minutes drain or siphon the nauplii out of the cone tip

-wait 15 more minutes and harvest the remaining nauplii

STORAGE CONDITIONS

-store cysts prefeably in dry place below 10℃（50°F)

-opened cans should be consumed immediately Net Wt 15 oz(425gm)
